SpayUSA (North Shore Animal League)
SPAY/USA, a program of North Shore Animal League America, is a nationwide network and referral service for affordable spay/neuter services. Their mission is to end the suffering of innocent dogs and cats by reducing the number of unwanted births. They also work with individuals who want to set up programs in their own area to help those in need.

HOUSTON:

SNAP Spay-Neuter & Animal Wellness Clinics
SNAP's mission is to prevent the suffering and death of dogs and cats due to overpopulation and preventable diseases, especially in low-income areas. SNAP has opened several spay-neuter clinics in Texas.



The Houston Humane Society (HHS)
The Houston Humane Society (HHS) is a non-profit animal shelter dedicated to eliminating cruelty, abuse, and the overpopulation of animals. HHS is committed to creating the awareness of animal rights throughout the Houston community by providing numerous animal welfare programs for Houston area residents and their pets, including pet adoptions, humane education, R.A.I.D.E.R. cruelty investigations, and is Houston's only $30 spay and neuter clinic.

SAN ANTONIO:

SpaySA
SpaySA is a non-profit organization, dedicated to reducing the number of stray and unwanted cats and dogs in San Antonio.

The City of San Antonio Animal Care Services
The City of San Antonio's Animal Care Services joins the animal welfare movement and is committed to providing not only control but also care for the animals that are brought into the facility. This commitment involves providing sanitary shelter for lost and stray animals, animal licensing, in some cases medical care, expanding vaccine protocols, and initiating programs to decrease the number of animals euthanized.

LOS ANGELES:

The Amanda Foundation
For over 30 years the Amanda Foundation's mission has been to rescue as many pets from shelters as they can and then find them loving new homes. They also educate the public about the importance of spay/neuter in order to reduce pet overpopulation and as such, provide free spay/neuter services to qualified low-income familes.
